Do your prices include GST?
No. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST.
How is distance worked out?
Distance is measured from the Auckland CBD. Properties more than 25 km away, such as Pukekohe, Waiuku, Orewa or Warkworth, may cost a little more.
What is an RTA service?
A compliance check required under the Residential Tenancies Act, such as a healthy homes assessment or a smoke alarm assessment. Booking one with an entry or exit inspection saves a second visit.
Is there a discount for multiple properties?
Yes. Property managers and landlords with several properties can ask us for a portfolio rate.
